I’m Charlene Lewis—a licensed real estate broker, investor, and educator proudly serving Washington’s King, Pierce, and Thurston counties. I’m not just a real estate agent—I’m a West Seattle High School graduate, part of the last class to walk with the “Indians” and the first to graduate as Wildcats. I’ve seen how change shapes identity, and I carry that same respect for transformation into the work I do with my clients.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years traveling across the U.S. selling door-to-door, learning how to truly listen, adapt, and connect with people from all walks of life. That journey taught me what textbooks couldn’t: every person’s path is different—and it matters.
